Privacy policy

To price, buy, and ship an order we collect your name, contact number, email if given, delivery address, and the items you ask for. To verify a payment we collect the receipt or screenshot you send us. To operate the site we log network-level data such as a truncated IP address and browser type — never a full IP address.

We use your details only to price, purchase, ship, and deliver the order they were given for, to answer your questions about it, and to meet customs or tax documentation requirements where the law requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share the minimum needed with the courier delivering your parcel (name, address, phone) and, where legally required, with customs authorities on either side of the corridor. We do not share your details with the original seller beyond what a normal purchase requires.

Order and account data is stored with Google Cloud infrastructure in the Jakarta region. Payment proof images are stored separately from order records and are only accessible to staff verifying that specific payment.

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Indonesian and Chinese law, and delete marketing or account data you ask us to remove within thirty days of the request, except where we are legally required to retain it.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your request — see the contact page — and identify yourself with an order or quote reference if you have one.
