No hidden markup and no invoice you did not see coming. This page is the long version of the five steps on the home page, plus the things people usually ask before their first order.
It runs both ways
China → Indonesia
Living in Indonesia, buying from China. Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Pinduoduo, Weidian and JD. You pay in rupiah at our published rate.
Indonesia → China
Living in China, buying from Indonesia. Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada — or a supermarket item like a sauce or a spice mix that has no product page at all. Tell us the name and we will find it. You pay in yuan.

Send the link, or pick from stock
Paste a link from Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo, Weidian or JD — or from Tokopedia, Shopee or Lazada. No link at all? The product name is enough.

We quote, you approve
Item price, service fee and estimated weight, itemised in yuan and rupiah. Nothing gets bought until you say yes.

Pay the deposit
Item cost plus service fee. QRIS or bank transfer from Indonesia, Alipay or WeChat Pay from China.

We buy, inspect and weigh
Photos of your actual item before it is packed. Then we weigh it and send you the shipping invoice.
- 5
Consolidate, ship, deliver
Sea or air, cleared through customs, handed to a local courier and tracked to your door.
Why you pay twice
The deposit covers the goods and our service fee. Shipping is billed after your item is weighed, because nobody can quote freight honestly before that. We would rather send a second small invoice than pad the first one with a guess.

Actual weight × the tariff for your chosen mode. Sent once we weigh it.
How long it takes
Counted from the day your item reaches our warehouse, not from the day you order. Sellers take their own time to dispatch, and public holidays on either side add days.

What we cannot ship
Customs rules on both sides are not negotiable, and a refused parcel costs you more than a declined order. If your item is on this list we will tell you at the quote stage, before any money moves.
- Power banks and loose lithium batteries — sea freight only, with a declaration we file for you
- Aerosols, flammable liquids, perfume above the volume limit
- Fresh food, and anything containing meat or dairy
- Medicines, supplements and medical devices without an import permit
- Counterfeit or brand-infringing goods
- Weapons, replicas, and anything weapon-shaped
- Cash, precious metals, and bearer documents
- Live plants, seeds and animals
