New Surabaya pickup point now open

East Java customers can now collect parcels from our Rungkut point instead of waiting for a courier run.

Collection is free and typically saves two to three days on local delivery. Bring your order reference and the phone number on the order — we do not release a parcel without both.

Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 WIB. We hold parcels for fourteen days; after that they go back into the courier network and normal delivery charges apply.
