Updated rules for lithium battery items

Power banks, and any device with a built-in lithium battery, now travel by sea only.

This follows tightened air cargo rules on both routes. Sea freight still carries them, with a declaration form we complete and file on your behalf — there is nothing for you to fill in.

Loose batteries, e-cigarettes and vaping devices we cannot carry at all, in either direction. If a request includes one, we will tell you before quoting rather than after you have paid.
